Status is monitored from Nembol's own infrastructure: a probe hits the public
API every minute, and this page shows the aggregate — current state, uptime
over the last 24 hours and average latency. Data comes from
GET /rest/v1/status, which you can
also poll from your own monitoring.
If your integration sees errors while this page shows the API as operational,
check the error reference and your own
request logs in Settings → Developers → Logs. Still stuck? Write to
developer@nembol.com quoting a request_id.
